Ok... heres my alpha male... I bought him when he was just a nipper and has grown into , what i think personallyquite a good looking fish... let me know what you guys think :-)

hi ben he is very nice the colour is awesome ,but the shape is not right .the head is elongated the eye is to close to the point .the eyelooks a little big but all that said still a nice fish

First of all let me say that colour-wise that fish is fantastic. The red in the fins and the blue on the body look magic.

The peduncle at the tail looks very distinctly brown and with the dots so closeby, it highlights the pattern of the fish as being irregular.

Irregular patterns dont really bother me, but some dont like them.

The eye is too big for the head, so this fish has grown slowly.

I dont think this fish has a bad overall shape, it must have been swimming during the time the picture was taken.

The eye is a little yellowy-orangey, it is more desirable to have a red eye although this is a minor flaw.

Quite a nice fish overall, I give it the thumbs up.
